Hangar Leases
We lease aircraft hangars to aircraft owners, who are required to apply online, electronically sign a lease, meet our criteria and abide by our rules and policies (this includes a requirement for flyable aircraft and liability insurance).  Hangar (and tie-down) tenants qualify for the fuel discount outlined below.

Enclosed box hangars and t-hangars of several sizes and with electric doors are generally available thru a waiting list maintained by the airport manager.  Tie-down and shade hangar tenants receive priority on our waiting list, and also receive the fuel discount.  In 2020 we added new box hangars and completed a taxiway extension which more fully connects our enclosed hangars with the taxiway.  Click on the photo above right for an overhead view of our hangars, with hangar numbers.

Shade Hangars

Shade hangar spaces are usually available, or available via a short waiting list, and qualify for the fuel discount described below.

Tie-Downs

Tie-downs are widely available and qualify for the fuel discount described below.  Transients tie-downs are available for $10 for the first night to a maximum of $20 per month, but the first seven nights are free with the purchase of fuel.

Fuel Discounts

We provide a generous discount to our already competitive fuel prices for current on-airport tenants (hangars, shade hangars and tie-downs).  The discount is applicable to those who have a signed and returned their current lease, who and are up to date on payments, have provided us with a copy of their liability insurance and meet the other requirements and who provide us with their credit card number for us to plug into our self-service SiteMinder. 

Waiting List Priority For Tenants

Existing tenants-- including tie-down tenants-- receive a priority on our waiting lists for hangars.  Consider leasing a tie-down space to not only get a hangar more quickly, but to receive our fuel discount, too!
